Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Items are shipped via USPS or Fed Ex Monday-Friday EST (excluding Holidays). Please allow 1-4 days for orders to be processed. Standard shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping is available upon request, please email info@shopfabre.com.

 

Returns:

We only offer store credit for returns. Items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of invoice date. Return items received after 14 days of invoice date will not be accepted. It is up to the buyer to get the returned items back to us within that 14 day window. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost incurred. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend getting a tracking number for your return package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit.

 

All items being returned must be accompanied by the original receipt, must have the original tags attached and must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Damaged or worn items will not be accepted as a return, this includes items returned with makeup, deodorant or other stains.

 

Items that cannot be returned: shoes, intimates, SALE ITEMS and candles.

 

All final sale, clearance items, sale items and anything purchased during a sale are NOT eligible for store credit or exchange. No exceptions.

 

How to Return for Store Credit:

Email info@shopfabre.com with name, contact info, order number, and reason for return. In the subject line, please include the word RETURN along with your order number. Send returns to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. If accepted, your order will be processed within 1-4 business days and store credit will be applied to your account. We will then email a receipt of your store credit.

 

If items do not meet our return criteria, store credit will NOT be given. You will have the option to take your item back; however, items will be shipped back to you at your own cost.

 

Exchanges:

Due to our selective inventory items may be difficult to exchange. However, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis and do our best to meet your needs. Please contact us at info@shopfabre.com
